For all bookings we require a damage deposit of £250. Instructions will be sent out in a separate email (referenced Chandelier Properties Ltd). Small accidental damages under £20 will not be charged. The deposit will be automatically released at the end of the stay if no damage has occurred.

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• The property is in a residential area, we therefore ask you respect the neighbours and keep noise levels to an acceptable limit especially at night.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please leave the property tidy on check-out
• When checking-out please empty the rubbish bin and put this into the black wheelie bin at the front of the property.
• On check-out please make sure to turn off the lights and don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
• On check-out please return the keys to the key safe box and scramble the code.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises
